93 Civic DX wont start

Its been running fine, but this morning, i try to start it up and when i turn the key everything sounds fine, it trys and trys but just wont start. It sounds like normal cranking sound, but no start

the battery is fine as radio and such come on no problem.

So I replaced the distributor cap (not the rotor yet)

no luck with that.

So I changed all 4 spark plugs, when i pulled out the 2nd spark plug from the left, it was covered in oil. So i cleaned out the inside and remaining oil, so it looks like the others, then put in the new spark plugs.

still no luck.

I pulled out the cable from the spark plug and atach one of the old plugs to it and tried to start it and got no spark.

any ideas on what to try next?
I am thinking of buying a rotor to replace.
