what be better and easier

iv got a 92 lude with f22a1 and auto trans. the engine is just one problem after another with 200 thousand on it. im really wanting to swap a h22 into it. can anyone tell me how difficult it would b and what would it take to do it. ive never done a swap before and really don't know alot about it but i want to do it myself. or would it just b easier to rebuild the f22 and throw a turbo on it. please help.
