Re: Build report: Ferrari F2005 Revell 1/24
I start with painting. I use the new Revell-Aqua-Color. The Red is mixed with white and thined with water. The color is easy to use with the airbrush.
The black areas painted with Revell-Aqua Flat Black, for appling the carbon decals. Engine and wheels painted with Revell-Aqua Silver Color. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The next steps are: scratch building the water cooler and electronic boxes. appling decals, some "wirering". Impressive! The amount of scratchbuilding needed in that engine bay should keep you busy for a while. )

i bought the Studio 27 Set for the F2005 ![]() and modified the Radiators: ![]() ![]() I'm not satisfied with the result and decided after my successful 3D-Design-Work with the Alien APC -> LINK <- to build the radiators on the PC with sketchup and 3d-print them at shapeways: First Version: ![]() Best Regards Torsten www.scaleautofactory.com |
