Remote Starter!
i have a 2005 subaru wrx sti. its a 6 speeed manual but the thing i dont get is, can you really put a remote starter on a car thats a manual transmision? i'm not really sure about this, i just hate going out and starting the car.

Most Companies that install remote starts for *auto* are afraid to install it for you because what if u accidently left it in 1st gear and pressed the button. Bam! Thats damage to your car or another car if parked closely in front of the other car. My friend had his alarm/remote starter installed in his 5spd civic and it seems to work for $400. There are also companies that sell these remote starters for manuals, u just gota look around, ex: Ebay, etc.

To answer you, VB has covered the major aspects, but to even more completely answer you, it will also require modification to the electrical safety system which will void warranty coverage.
