1991 Caravan neutral saftey switch

I have been looking and doing some reasurch to find out about the neutral saftey switch on a 1991 dodge caravan, please if someone could help it would be greatly aprricated.. i am stuck untill i can figure out how to test this or even change it if need be..

Tell us what your problem is and what engine size you have.
Will the engine not start?
