yes, that's Peter Stormare. Also in Minority Report. rofl I LOVE the speed. every time anyone looks at it, the background music is monk-style "ooooooooooh". CRACKS me UP every time I see it. And the little guy talks. I swear, if they ever sell "speeds" I'll buy one just cuz I think he's HILARIOUS. and he talks back. so funny...
