Auto Shift Kits
Im thinking about buying a shift kit for my 4 speed Auto 2200. Can u give me some advise on which of these following two kits would be the best?
The B&M Kit or the Autotrans Interceptor. Im not worried about voiding the warranty

Re: Auto Shift Kits
B&M = cheaper, more convenient (able to change settings from inside), slightly more difficult install
Autotrans interceptor = cost more, easier to install (plug & play), less convenient (have to change settings from under the hood) Honestly, I would go with the B&M myself.

Re: Auto Shift Kits
Ive had both products and I preffer and still use my B&M shift plus. Also they make a torque converter for the cavs and it will get you better 60 foot times but worse 1/4 times.
