Re: 93 gt horn and cruise control stoped working.

Are your cruise controls on the steering wheel? If so it is possible you have a wiring issue in the steering column itself. I can't remember if your 93 has an ari bag or not. If you do not have an air bag, there are two screws behind the steering wheel, remove them and the center cover should come off. Instect for ant wires you can see look to see if connectiosn are still connected. if you can't see any wires you may have to pull the steering wheel, this will require a pulling tool ( can probably rent/borrow from AutoZone ir simular parts outlet) then you should dee the wires. If everything is intact you may want to try a test light to see if you have power to the horn and cruise check on both sides of the connectors. With any luck you will find loose connections and will be able to secure them and put everything back together.

Hope this helps,

Hoag may be on the right path, but i'd check a few things before you go tearing into the column.
1. grounds for the dash (usually on a bolt on the bottom of the dash near the doors)
2. fuses (maybe you have a corroded one, pull them all one at time and replace them) you can also check to see if they are run on the same fuse.
3. when its dark outside start the car and look down by the starter at the fuseable links, look for sparks (maybe one is shorting out)
4. check a haynes manual to see if both of those are ran by one relay, maybe you have a realy going out, there's only 3 relays, 1's for the fuel pump, but I can't remember what the other 2 are for.
