2001gt Vs Srt-4

So after a long-ass day of working I decide to go home and get myself a nice shower. As I get out of the shower the girlfriend calls and wants to hang out. I get dressed and head to pick her up. After I pick her up at her house (20 miles of highway away from mine) we take a nice more scenic route to town taking in the nice night. I'm just cruising around when I notice the overly homosexual spoiler of an SRT-4. I speed up a little bit and get side by side with it and look over. We are pacing each other for about 5 seconds when I hit my bottle opener and arming switch (100 dry shot). He speeds up for a second then slows down idicating that he wants to race. We get back side by side with each other and I give the 3 honks. He gets a slight jump on me because I still hadnt shifted down yet. I shift down to second going about 50 and floor it. I immediately start gaining on him. By about 100 I had atleast 3 cars on him. He falls back and I head on my way to town.

As we enter town my girlfriend and I decide to get something to eat at the health food store (I know, I know, I would have rather gotten Taco Bell too). After finishing our "organic" sandwiches, we head back and decide to drive around some more. We are just crusing through town when I see my SRT-4 driving friend again! I follow him for a while until god gave me the gift of being stuck with him at a light. This time I decide to run him without juice. So with my N20 unarmed, I give him a little rev. He revs back letting me hes interested. We wait a while at the long light. As it nears green I get ready. Once the light stuck green I was off (though with a little too much spin) pulling him off the line. It was all taillights for him all the way up to 80 with no sign of him pulling on me. As my first time racing one of these in my Stang', I really expected more of a fight. I guess they are more hype than I thought.

100 shot vs. stock I dont care how you look at it. theres no way we would catch up. try again without the Nos you'll be in for a surprise

I live in Oregon, on the coast. The only reason I sprayed the first time was because we were racing from a roll where he has a pretty big advantage.

homosexual spoiler huh.........wow......when I first raced a gt I was expecting alot more too.......but after four stangs later.....I am just dissapointed.....oh and I forgot Im bone stock......but I guess nice kill......what are your mods...besides the obvious spray....

He does seem to get kinda butt-hurt when I beat one of his precious neons...

And I have stage 1 Cams, Midpipe, Catback, 4.10 Gears, T-body + Plenum, CAI, and a chip. Also have D/Rs and drag suspenion for track use.

Fastest 1/4 was 11.8 with a spray, with drag suspension and D/Rs.

When I raced him from a dig I had the 87 Octane tune loaded (daily driver tune).

You are an idiot. You are disappointed when you see that a stock 4-banger can't keep up with your RWD modded GT from a dig, nor your sprayed GT from a roll. Do you think that it is a fair run?

For starters name calling isn't really necessary, it only proves your obvious retardation. And did I make the SRT-4 FWD? Did I tell him not to mod his car so he can keep up? I would have rather raced a modded SRT-4. What do you want me to do take all my mods off and swap my cams back out so it will be fair? And how is it unfair for a sprayed car to race a turboed car? I'm just saying I hear a lot of hype about how godly the Dodge Neon is when I have beat one in all 3 of my cars with no problems (Eclipse, CRX, Mustang).

There is no winning when you post beats in a mustang. If you win than it wasn't fair and the excuses pile up and if you loose than it proves that all V8s are gas guzzling wastes of metal. And also both cars put up nearly identical numbers stock so either camp calling the other slow is pretty retarded.

I think you forgot you were posting in the Street Racing section. This is street racing not bracket racing. Fair does not come into play, you run what you brung.
