I want you guys to look at that. I want you guys to know my mindset; I'm someone that doesn't get pissed off easily. I'm someone so laid back, someone who can brush off most anything, and someone who is so carefree, yet can care about the people around him more than the world. I'd make the happiness of the people around me a higher priority than my own. I'm someone to come to with your problems. if i can't solve something, the least i would do is comfort you.

...its a shame that some of those people don't realize it. I'd like nothing more than to help them through. instead they choose to drown themselves in their own conflict, taking stupid decisions and doing stupid things that will only end up hurting them later on. at the risk of sounding narcissistic, i hope there are more people out there like me, who is willing enough to get close enough to someone you love to help them through troubling times, and still respect a friendship you have even if that person ends up pissing you off. I hope this post is making some sense, and i'm tying up loose ends and not just throwing stuff out there cuz im a little depressed, a little bit under influence, and i'm letting my mind run. It hurts when you put all your effort to help someone deal with stress, to listen to why they're crying, listen to what they've been through, and help them through it, because it makes you closer to them, and makes you love them more, on friendship basis or more, either way, it hurts when they turn around when its done and you become 'just that guy to chill with and have fun'. it doesn't feel close enough, it doesn't make me feel human. its just fun, but fun isn't enough. like i said in the begining, read that small bit of lyrics, i'm that guy.

Assuming you were talking about a girl that you care a lot about going through hard times and becoming closer to her, and aparently she doesnt feel the same way, I think im right neways. The only thing I can say, because I have a pretty similar personality to you, its just tell her how you feel, or ask her what she truely thinks about you. Expect her to say the worst so your not hung up over it, even though this is not what you want to hear at all, I know from experience. Sorry if this seems a little wrong or weird, like i said, im under the influence too, but good luck and it always always always helps to get things out of the open....its a big stress reliever

I know how ya feel man. I'm the person that always wants to make sure everyones doing alright and will just call and ask how things are going and see what they've been up to.

It bothers me that, even my closest friends, more often then not, don't even ask how I'm doing or whats going on in my life. I try my best just to not think about it and go about my life. I care about them, just wish they would return the favor.

Just keep going about your business. Sort things out yourself. I'm an only child and my parents, mom especially, worries about anything and everything ten fold. So pretty much all my life i've kept things to myself and worked them out myself. When you don't have that close sibling to go to, you have to look deep inside yourself to work things out.

I understand EXACTLY where you two are coming from. It's not that I hate watching people dig deeper or anything, I just want the same thing they do. to be happy, and carefree. I don't quite understand why they would just continue to wreck havoc on theirselves and shut everyone else out.
