My 2000 Focus wagon with the 2.0 litre SOHC engine (96,000) likes to die when stopping at light or when sitting. Runs perfect otherwise. What the problem here???

Re: Dies at idle. Rough Idle. 2000 Focus
Does it do it cold/hot? Check engine light on?

Re: Dies at idle. Rough Idle. 2000 Focus
Check engine light was on, now off, scanned and no codes?? Seems to do it at all temps but when it's cold and on a fast idle it runs fine.
I checked for vacumn leaks. None Possibly IAC motor? Possibly EGR? Not sure of what else.

Re: Dies at idle. Rough Idle. 2000 Focus
***********SOLUTION**********
For anyone who searches this forum. Ths solution was found to be a wore out PCV valve hose. It formed a small hose in the elbow were it attaches to the intake by the fire wall which caused a vacumn leak.

Re: Dies at idle. Rough Idle. 2000 Focus
Problem somewhere in the EGR system, most likely the DPFE sensor.
