Re: P0113 trouble code
What exactly does that trouble code say and what part did you replace? Also, what engine size do you have?

Re: P0113 trouble code
Since it is a '99 Alero it has either the 2.4L or 3.4L V6. I guess we can flip a coin. On either engine it is an Intake Air Temperature (IAT) DTC error code. The IAT sensor is either open or shorted. Check to make sure the electrical connector on the IAT is on tight or if it is even connected. On the 3.4L the IAT is located after the air cleaner box after the MAF sensor but before the throttle body on the accordian shaped intake rubber duct.
Like Jeremy asked what part did they change and did they replace the wrong part or is it a wiring issue.

Re: P0113 trouble code
See, I got the part from O'reilly! Its a 3.4L, But when I went on to another web site there were saying that it just needed the GM model! Cause the part I have looks exactly the same as the one I got from O'reilly! I got the Air temperature Sensor, that goes in the side of the rubber duck, after the intake! I put the part back in and got the code erased but it will show up again after going about 2 miles down the road... So I think I was gonna try gettin a Gm part and seeing if that would work!

Re: P0113 trouble code
If you can, get a gm part or ac delco. GM cars dont like bosh parts that well.
