90 Celica Lights Problem.....
I have a 90 Celica and all of a sudden the rear light went our in the car, the Brake lights stiull worked. I tried just slightly to step on brake so I could get home (night time) and now the Brake lights don't work. I checked all the bulbs and the fuses for the lights only, they were all fine. I need some help before I get it handed to me by some mechanic. Thank You in advance

Re: 90 Celica Lights Problem.....
Could be your brake pedal switch. Its a cheap relatively easy fix. Not sure how the setup is on yours, but my supra was pretty simple. You might check to see if thats it. I'd say check the wiring to the lights but if that was the case, u probably wouldn't have parking lights back there either. Hope this helps. I think the haynes manual outlines the procedure for changing the switch.
