Need 4 speed

I have a 97 Intregra (my baby), but right I need some speed, i was considering a h22 swap but I have been hearing about losing a/c and shit, any which engine do u think would be a suitable candidate for me considering that i will be using nos.

By the way, currently it is a 1600 in my car, lame uhh, but my baby is the prettiest integra on wheels but i want it to be beautiful and fast, please help me out - I want to eventually run at least 12's.

boy is that ever a contradiction. you seem pretty set on the fact that its a 1.6, yet the gsr comes with a b18, which means its a 1.8. a gsr already comes with a very nice motor, so i say do some work to that. prep it up for nos if you must use it, but i dont think a motor swap is what you need.

some people actually do swaps from a B18B to a B16 engine. it may not make sense whatsoever, but the b16 has the greatest rod to stroke ratio near the "perfect" ratio. it makes a very good candidate when you want to go all motor with a heavily raised RPM. i do suggest that who ever does the swap, either lighten your car or add some i/h/e to replace the torque that was lost during the swap.

U don't need NOS to go fast. Just some Smart MODS.
