Question Different size tires on rear end.

On my Dodge Dakota Pickup, I am running two different tire sizes on the rear. A p225 and a p235. This gives a percent difference in overall diameter (from the larger side to the smaller side) of only ~2.4%. Could this cause any damage to the rear end?
