tensioner pulley

The torx head of the bolt that holds the tensioner on the engine is buggered up too badly to loosen. Any suggestions? I spun the pulley and it doesn't sound too bad. UGH. Thanks for any and all help.

Ugh is right..
I don't have a Conti so I can't say how much space is there to work in..

To make matters worse, the drawings I'm looking at seem like there's no pertrusion on the bolt to grab some Vice Grips on.

Worse case: You may have to drill out the old bolt, or drill it enough to get an Easyout (broken bolt extractor) in there. To do this, you may have to remove the whole front cover assembly... Ugh!
