2000 Chevy Tahoe Door Lock Problem!

This is a 2000 Chevy Tahoe Z71 (Old Body Style). The door locks will intermittently lock on their own. Once this happens I get a constant 12v to the door lock motors driving them to the locked position. From this point the door locks will not operate until the cigarette lighter fuse is pulled and reinserted. The Remote Function Actuation Module has been replaced and door lock buttons have been ruled out. The vehicle can be sitting still and with no certain amount of time and the doors will lock on their own. I feel certain the Remote Function Actuation Module is triggering the locks but this is the new Module. Is their anything I'm missing?

Thanks,
Ricky
