Where Is The Cigarette Lighter Fuse Box 99 Rodeo??

My cigarette lighter is not working any more, first had a very inexpensive car phone chager that stopped working and i thought it was just the charger. Then i bought a 80 dollar fm transmitter to play my ipod in and that does not work it in either. Im pretty sure that it is the cigarette lighter fuse but i can not find the fuse box on my 1999 Rodeo. Any one out there help me out? Thanks so much!

Open the driver's door and look where the door meets the side of the dash. It's a somewhat triangular door. It should be fuse #20 (15A).
