So a couple of weeks ago I had my car repaired costing a few grand, yesterday I get in my car, turn on the heat, and only the two highest fan speeds are working. Any suggestions?? T

I have the same problem, but i've never tried to fix it. If i were you, i'd make the dealer fix it free. What did u have done that brought the bill to $2k? |

Re: fan speeds not working
My car is almost 6 years old so the dealer won't fix anything for free. My last repair bill was actually just shy of 4k (canadian) I had to replace wheel bearings tie rod, lim gaskets, ignotion wires and a upper strut bearing. Yes I know the car is barely worth that and its too cold and too short of time this time of year to diy. I could have just bought something else but then you run the risk of more repairs any ways and I didn't want to get into a monthly car payment again just yet. Thanks for the lead on the blower motor repair. That is one I will definately diy. Friends of mine have a Honda Element coming off lease in 18 months, that will be my next car. I have had enough of GM Thanks T
