Anyone had this code before?
My check engine light just recently started going off and on, i put my scan tool on it and the code it gives is a "secondary air valve malfuction" any ideas as to what that is?

My scanner doesnt give the code number, it is supposed to eliminate the need for a number book and all that. It is my dads scanner he spent a few hundred bucks on for his work.

Sounds like some kind of emissions control. You don't need emissions.
