is this good for braided line

Can this be used as braided line? I got this from my local electronics supply store here in the Philippines and there are a lot of sizes. the first one is silver in color, the second one resembles brass or copper and im thingking of painting it silver the third one is the same as the second one but painted silver.

I would say yes.. They don't look as good as Model master, but if it's cheaper...

I use this fabric cord, it comes in lots of sizes and colors. ( I could only get green last time so I spray painted it aluminum)
looks better than Detal Master IMO and tons cheaper. 50 cents for a pack

Looks like those drapery strings which are attached onto window blinds that you pull on?
