question ford 1982 van.....

question.....now i know there are books with alot of parts for the 73 to 79 f150. but i want to find one for my 1982 ford van, first off, i am not sure how long they made that van style for.....can i buy an 89 or 90 e150, and swap out the interior,or other parts?any help is appreciated.
