03 tunda intake install

I purchased generic air intake from ebay with no install instructions and need some help . The new air tube has 4 inlets for hoses while the stock tube only has 2 hoses , do I block off 2 ? Aiso in the kit is small round filter that appears to thread on something which I have no idea . Can someone please email with some help !
