Freeze plugs...

I have a freeze plug that I need to take out of my accord becasue it is leaking... My accord is an 88 LX with 86k miles on it.. The car is mint except for the freze plug and I'm selling it for 2k if anyone is intrested.. How do I take out the freeze plug?
