BAD RELAY IN GLOVE BOX??? grand cherokee

I hear a tick tick tick noise in my glove box when the doors are open so I removed the glovebox bottom and looked at my relays its the far right bottom black box...I pulled it out with everything off and the everything works fine, lights come and all is ok.....should I just leave it off? or replace it? what does it do...it like clicks...and its annoying the one next to the red one ....I have no idea what its for...
