Sephia won't shift out of park
My sister has a 2001 Sephia that won't shift out of park when it is cold. She has to let the car warm up for 20+ minutes before it will shift. Today it was -8 degrees and she let it warm up for over an hour before the shifter would move. She said that the shifter button won"t push in when it's cold. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Disamble and clean the shifter and surronding area. Probably spilled some type of sticky drink in the car.
