turn they key to run but dont start the truck push the gas peddle to the floor 3 times within 5 seconds then turn the key off. sometimes it takes a couple tries to get it right. this info should be in your owners manual. u should also do a search on here b4 asking questions there is countless info here

scrapdaddy has it right, just wanted to add that after you hit the gas pedal 2 times, it should say "OIL LIFE RESET" where the odometer is. After this happens, turn the key off, and then you're good to go.
