storing a T99 for a month

I'm leaving town for a month, any good storage tips, I got a few from a site:

• full tank of gas (keeps water out)
• spray the engine and other metal exposed places with WD40 which will dry to a protective coat
• Wash it, and put some wax on it
• Don't use the parking break
• disconnect the battery
• overinflate the tires to avoid flat spots

Anything else that might be of general malaise?
