The Daytime Running Light
Hi
I have a ford taurus wagon 1997 3.0L V. When I turn my car off, the Daytime Running Lights are still on. I had to remove the fuse to turn it off. How can I fix this. I am in canada and I need the DRLs. Thanks |

Re: The Daytime Running Light
A quick search of the Taurus forum resulted in a few threads that should help you out. It appears the typical solution is to replace the DRL module.

Re: The Daytime Running Light
Hunh, I guess that link didn't work for some reason. I believe the keyword I searched for was "daytime."
You may want to try the following links: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...hlight=daytime http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...hlight=daytime http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...hlight=daytime -Rod |

Re: The Daytime Running Light
Thanks for reply. I found some good information in the following link:
http://www.v8sho.com/SHO/DaytimeRunningLights-Diag.htm It is for SOHO but everything is same as Taurus. I recommend it to anybody who has problem with DRL. Now I am looking for a used DRL for my taurus 1997. As sson as i install it, i let you know of the results. Reza |
