Question 97 Jetta Fuses????

Had a cooler plugged into the cig lighter and heard an audible "pop" since then interior lights, power doors, and trunk will not open. Thinking I have blown a fuse but have been all through the car looking for a fuse box of some sort. On my other two vehicles there is one inside the car under the passg side and one under the hood. On the Jetta I can find NOTHING! I need help.

Also, since this has happened I can not open the trunk at all not using the key, I have to go through the back seats to get my golf clubs. Is this normal?

Thanks in advance.
