help a skinny guy out.
hey guys im 6 foot and only weight 125
 im very built but still am very skinny any help on how to gain weight? doesnt have to be instaintly just wondering thanks.

6' and only 125lbs?!? geez, that makes me sound really fat. i'm 6'1" 215lbs.
just wait till you get to college...i was 185 when i graduated hs, after two semesters of college i'm 215. of course, that's mostly because i got really really lazy when i went to college (i used to be in good shape, i promise). i still can't believe how horribly i ate during that time (i lived off pizza, ham and cheese sandwiches, rootbeer, and ramen noodles).

 How much money you want to spend? You wanna do suplements, or you want simple stuff you have around the house? Do you have a weight set? you obviously have a high metabolism, so you are going to have to up your calories big big. I don't want to get into a debate (everyone here likes to argue  ), so I won't give you my recommendations for a workout plan unless you PM me. I have helped quite a few people just like you in the past, and I have been lifting off and on since 88.

wow, I'm 5'8.5" and 185lbs. anyways, you need too eat alot more than you do but don't eat crap, eat healthy but in higher quantities. if you have a weight set it will be easier to get ig than if you dont.
start working out, don't overtrain, just every second day or so. you can find some workout guides all over the internet, or you can buy workout books. might I suggest Arnold Schwarzenegger's workout bible or encyclopedia or soemthing. it has everything you'll ever need, excercises, plans, nutrition, suppliments, stretches, plus it's only around 30-40$ canadian. If you do have a weight set, use high weight low reps, this will bulk you up fast, once you get your desired size, then work on tone. also, you'll need to eat alot of protein and drink alot of water. you should eat around 2 grammes for every pound you weigh. check out: http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com they have tonnes of info on plans, excercises, supplements, etc.

 Heres a current pic of me as you can kinda but not really tell i dont look anorexic or anything its just i only weight in at 125 i would like to weight 140 but, venessa says she likes it and i mean look at that face its not one you can dissapoint

i'd say go with what you want, not what some random, albeit pretty damn good looking, girl on the internet said. unless of course she wants to hook up with you, but hardly anyone hooks up over the internet anyways.
