Help-stupid lug conversion

Recently I had to replace one of my lug studs and after ordering 1 from Mazda, I went back and while tightening up the 3 lugs another one snapped. I then found out that these lugs are a conversion and no one in the area can give me so much as a hint of where to get replacement lug studs b/c they have a reverse thread pattern. Any ideas?

Go to your local Fountain Tire. Talk to a service writer. Should beable to point you in proper direction.
