Re: Bomb recipes on the net. Right or Wrong?
The plain & simple fact is no, there should not be bomb recipes posted on the net.

Re: Bomb recipes on the net. Right or Wrong?
I was making homeade bombs in my parents garage with shotgun shell reloading supplies and acetelyn long before the internet was around. Of course they were mild bombs in comparison with the stuff they have these days. It was all good fun until a friend blew a few of his fingers off lighting one of them, after that we never messed with making shit like that again.
If people want to make them they will do it no whether the info is on the net or not. |

Re: Bomb recipes on the net. Right or Wrong?
Somebody serious about making bombs is not going to get his/her information from the internet. Only the idiots will, and in most cases the only person that will be hurt is the bomb-maker. I don't care. If someone really wants to find out how to make one, they could, even if the internet wasn't around. The website are just doing a little bit of cleaning in the gene pool.

Re: Bomb recipes on the net. Right or Wrong?
Isn't it easier to get caught for bomb-making if you look for recipes on the internet?

Re: Bomb recipes on the net. Right or Wrong?
People have been building bombs for awhile before the internet. heck, enough people even know how to make bombs themselves and you can get the info almost anywhere, so putting it on the internet is no big deal. the internet is there to find anything. besides, it's goin to be there anyhow no matter what.
should child porn be online, no, but it is. should you be able to marry a couple because you passed a test online? no! but you can. welcome to the 21st century where you can learn, see, and do anything. thanks al gore. see, democrats do suck. look what he did. ![]() cheap shot, had to take it

All of this though was published long before the internet. Anarchist's Cookbook 1, 2, & 3 Anarchist's Handbook Poor Man's James Bond 1 & 2 Poor Man's Ray Gun Poor Man's Bazooka Poor Man's Atom Bomb How To Hide Anything Anywhere On You (I guess you could use that to hide a bomb on you) The Art of Lock Picking I Am Not A Number (how to beat the social security system) How To Disappear Dumpster Diving (sounds nasty but the shit they built in their was pretty crazy) Urban Combat (for people in the city when the government/foreign country invades) These are just a few examples of reading material. As I said, long before the internet. Most of these were popular in the 1980's but still. You could get them tomorrow if the internet crashed.

I agree. I agree with clawhammer to though on the part that 90% of the people looking on the internet for bombs are stupid and will likely hurt themselves. I on the other hand got bored...so I looked, but shooting those small like, half pound propane tanks is fun enough.

Re: Bomb recipes on the net. Right or Wrong?
I don't like how easily that information could be found. I don't see the harm if these people will usually blow them selves up, in their garage before the bomb leaves their property.

I dont think it is right, but if there were not people like that, we wouldnt have the darwin awards right? Plus just go out and find a book, its better and safer.
