I Switched my 95 neons fuel tank fuel pump and what ever the silver thingy that bolts to the car is (its got two lines one from fuel tank and other to the motor. the new fuel pump is outta my parts car its a 98 neon
i took the tank the lines from tank to that silver thingy that silver thingy ityself that bolts to the frame and the pump and the evap lines since in the process of diconnecting them i snaped the plastic connectors

Does this fuel pump put out a higher pressure then a 95 fuel pump am i going to have to change over my injectors and plugs since i switched to a todaly different fuel tank setup?

No you shouldn't have to change your injectors or plugs. In fact, the injectors might not fit, but I can't be sure on that. Or maybe it's the fuel rail that is different, I can't remember. But you should be fine.
