what is faster a 97Vr4 vrs 02 Z28 because a buddy of mine has been getting harrased by a guy with a Z28 and being a chevy guy and also loving the Vr4 i want to know what is faster when they a stock

It would be a drivers race, the cars are very close.

A few "bolt on" mods, a couple "cut, smash, hammer, weld, etc" mods, and a couple "why the hell do I need this/what the hell is this" weight reductions. |
