oil pump problem

hey

i got a 94 cav 2.2l i was just wondering how loud the cliker can get if there's no oil pressure i plan to replace the oil pump what happens is that when the car warms up theres a a roght sound that is kinda like a pop can in a back tire of a bike and oil light come on, then it feels like its gunna die and had it stal out once, anyone know

really could use a 2nd opinion

well now that i've masacred my tailpipe i figured out its the timing chain i still dont understand why my oil pressure droped soo bad so im just gunna replace oil pump and timing chain ext what evers inside


my book says tencherner is spring loaded but im pretty sure its oil pressure
