Found some on the net. Getting one for my 1995 rodeo through napa. Advance auto actually could get me one, more money though..... How about the Isuzu dealer?

Any GM RWD 3.1 serp. belt tensioner from that era should be the same. Compare your rodeo tensioner to a Chevrolet Camaro 3.1L. Should be the same. Any parts place should have one.
