M3 Airbag Deployment

Got a question for you. If both driver and passenger airbags deploy, what do you need to do to make the airbag system function properly like normal? I've already purchased both airbags but do I need a new air bag sensor? I see those on ebay and I'm not sure if that sensor works like the brake sensors where once they are tripped they are useless and need to be replaced. I'm hoping it's just replace the airbags. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is on a 1995 M3 US Spec
