Should have studied something else, I take advantage of the fact that one of my best friedns is a mechanic, tranny guy to be specific, but i send alot of business his way so he hooks me up for free. I still offer to pay but he always says no.

Re: Horible Day for camaros everywhere!

I would take a leak any day over a damaged internal and a car crying out for a tune. The fact is hoses are maintance items and are expected to wear under normal use.

Re: Horible Day for camaros everywhere!

I use to not charge friends for working on there cars but then recently I had a friend with a landscaping companys do some yard work for me and even though I changed his water pump and tranny fluid/filter change and replaced his headlight/turn signal assembly all for free he didn't even give me a discount on the bill. So now its no freebies for me.

Re: Horible Day for camaros everywhere!

that sucks when you try to help people out...when i wrecked my rs my cousin wanted the engine for his camaro and me being in pain and not knowing what car i'd get next and me and him being closer than i am with my brother, i let him have the engine...all it needed was valve covers and an oil pan, under the conditions that it went in his camaro cos we've always had cars alike and he took the engine and sold it the same day....that bothered me
