Running: Startin out!
Well, I never ran much in my life. Untill more recently where I have been jogging and running more and more. This is largly due to choices of future carrers. But also I have chosen to do this to get into better shape, and to just feel healthier.
Right now I can run a mile easy...but I havent run much more than that without taking a break. I want to work up to 12 miles. Any sugestions?

just keep running a mile till it gets too easy for you, don't do it everyday because thats gonna make you sore therefore making it harder to run (about 3 times a week). as i said do it till it's like a wlak in a park then add another mile
