99 ga gt water pump

Can somebody give me an idea of where the water pump is? Is it at the bottom on the passengers side? If so, how is the easiest way to change this? I have a 3.4 HO. Thanks!

Re: 99 ga gt water pump

it is on the passanger side toward the front of the car. A black metal tube(recurculator ) connects abov it. Once you get the belt off its pretty easy to replace.
4-5 bolts on the pully, and a few around the pump. Pump looks biger than it is, the pump sets inside the large part that has the Blk tube on top.
Good luck
