Choking at stop on D

My car keep choking at the stop while it is on D, rpm take a big drop too but it goes away if i switch to P.
Also i think my idle is running kinda rough(i'm not sure cus I use to drive a V6 and people told me in-line engine is always rough in compare to V)

i use a fuel injector cleaner, but that doesnt help. i'm planning on use one of those trottle cleaner....would it help?
What else should i try?

Re: Choking at stop on D

do what civic spoon said, same thing was happening to my 97 ex then i sold it to a guy and he said it was running rough still so he put new 10.5 wires and new plugs and he says its running great now...

You might wanna just check them at least no matter what...unless u already put some on recent...Or they could be cheapies.
