'98 Intrigue Power Window Problem

Hello, I have a 1998 Intrigue with power windows with the window lock. Regardless of the position of the lock switch, I can control all 4 windows from the driver's front switches but I can't raise or lower the passenger front or the 2 rears from the doors themselves. I've tried toggling the switch on & off but no change. Any ideas?? Thanks!

bad switch maybe. try disconnecting the entire assembly from the connector and open and close the windows for each door. if they do it while its not connected it is the switch.
