The car is only 10,000miles
1 No power to tail gate, as a result can't open it. 2 No heat at all. 3 Check engine, VSC and track off lights came on. The vechicle had no accidents and I don't know what to do. It seems the car's electric system got some kind of a problem, but I don't know where to look. I have checked the fuses- they are all right. Any clues? Do I have any chances to get some help from a dealer? |

Re: 2004 sienna electric problem w heater, vsc, track off and tailgate
This is VERY peculiar - we have almost identical problems - my wife just called me to report a problem with our '04 Sienna ('bout 18K on ours)....
PROBLEM: Dummy Lights ON for Engine VSC TRAC off... I jumped online and came across this thread - have we stumbled upon a soon to be recall here? I just asked my wife if she could check to see if our heater and rear power door works... Called the dealership - they said you must bring in so we can hook it up to the computer... Tomorrow morning I drop it off --- Very glad this didn't happen at 36.5K ...

Re: 2004 sienna electric problem w heater, vsc, track off and tailgate
I fixed the heater and tailgate problems, but still have check engine, track off and VSC lights on. Also the speedometr doesn't work, its arrow isn't moving at all. How to check if the speed sensor is ok?
