1996 rough idle and hard to strart after warm

I have a 96 4X4 with 90,000 mile. It starts fine and idles good when it is cold. After it has warmed up it is hard to start and idles rough. Power seems to be ok and does not run rough once rpm gets up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

When was the last time you did a tune up? If it's been a while, do it. Also pull and clean your egr (carb cleaner and a wire brush) Run some seafoam through the system as well. If after all this it still runs the same. Pull your upper intake and take a look at the regulator and see if it's leaking. If it's not, pull the injector and take it to the dealership and let them blow it out (they pressurize it to 80 or so PSI to do this). What could be happening there is that the poppet(s) are sticking a bit or may be slightly clogged causing enough of an uneven flow of fuel that it makes it a bit rough without setting a misfire light.
