would that really give someone 40 whp on a t-25 turbo???? and im looking for the most horepower for my car without upgrading the turbo any one have any suggestions on what to buy???? also what can i turn the boost up to safly on a t-25 i just ordered a boost controller

On a t-25, I doubt it. $600 is a lot of money man, why not just buy a bigger turbo? You could get more than 40 hp out of an evo3 16g and it would cost the same.

 Build on hold until I get a good paying job, either in school or once I get out. At that time a full tear down and complete rebuild should be in order. The Purple People Eater will ride again... January 2011 can't come soon enough.
