im planning on replacing my passenger window in my blazer.
Whats the easiest way to remove those annoying rivets?

I'd imagine drilling them out, then use sheet metal screws to finish up the job.

If you're referring to the regulator: These rivets are aluminum and drill out very easily. Use a 1/4" drill in the center of each rivet. Once the head of the rivet is off, use a 1/8" punch to push the stem through. Use 1/4"x20x1/2" bolts, nuts & lock washers. If you're referring to the glass itself, use 1/4"x20 bolts & 1/4"x20 nylock nuts.
