Idels between 1100 and 1500 rpms

My problem just started yesterday, and had the Cat removed, It was cloged, I thought that would solve the problem but it did'nt it still seems to idel @ 1200 rpms to 2000 it just bouncles back and forth which is too high. I cleaned the throtle body which was dirty, and it still doing the same, I was woundering if i had someone run a (code read.), and tell me if it a sensor?

well is your engine light on ?


also your culprit may be the IAC (idle air control valve)

approx 65.00 part

Yep, the first thing that came to mind when I read the post title was the IAC sensor.
