Question

DC Sport Headers in California

Hey all...I live in California and i own a 98 Dx Civic. I want to install a DC Sport header on it and all i have been reading is that it is not legal her in California. Anyone here know if this is true and if it is...what can I do? Thanks for the help ahead of time.
