Wtf would be the point of those?

When you said you saw it on cribs, for some reason I pictured Dr. Dre, or one of those other rappers sitting in their impalas with their 14 inch 100 spoke wheels just spinnin whiile they sit at a stoplight...

Am I right?

Re:

They're called Davins, and I personally think they're sick. They only made 300 wheels of them last year, but they're rolling out 3 models this year, MUCH more affordable. Hit up www.davinwheels.com to see.

Thumbs up

check out superbuytires.com. i got a package of 20" chrome spinning wheels and GY tires for under 5k. there's a search toolbar at the top lefthand side of the page. click on spinning wheels. have something ready to wipe the drool off your keyboard. most are under 6,000. or you could get some spinner adapters that attach right onto your existing rims which gives you the same effect for a lot less $. either way, the look is soooo TIGHT.

Talking spinners

there is also a web site called truckstuff.org. they have just about every rim company in the worl on that web site. i was looking at the lowenhart for my impala and they were 22x9.5 and they retailed at $2,700 each and the tires were way over $300 each. but you know what they look tight on my ride. will post pics soon!!!!!!

There is no such thing as a Sprewell spinning wheel. The original spinning wheels were and are still made by Davin. The first shop to sell them was Sprewell's shop, so everyone associated his name with them. We sell them and they start at $1300.00 per wheel.

thank you! I hate when people call them sprewells. Just cause he was the first person to have them on TV and the first retailer for davin.

Of course now there are many different kind of spinning wheels. So wheels like davin and some others actually are spinning wheels, a 3 piece wheel where there are no spinning attachments, yet they still spin. and then there are all the other kinds that are a bit cheaper such as chopper, which is owned by superbuy tires, and spintek which is owned by KMC. and these are the attachment spinners.
